Mr. LI Zhen

Mr. LI Zhen, is the chairman of the Board and general manager of our Company. Currently, he is also currently chairman of the board of directors of Hefei Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (合肥国轩高科动力能源有限公司) and executive director, general manager and legal representative of Nanjing Gotion Holding Group Co., Ltd. (南京国轩控股集团有限公司). Previously, Mr. Li holds an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in the PRC.
Mr. Steven CAI

Mr. Steven CAI, is a Director and deputy general manager of our Company. Currently, he is also president of the general engineering research institute of the Company. Previously, Mr. Cai served as engineering director of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (宁德时代新能源科技有限公司), and member of the electric vehicle safety strategy review committee and the global patent review committee of General Motors Corporation. He holds a master’s degree from Wayne State University in the US.
Mr. Olaf Korzinovski

Mr. Olaf Korzinovski, is a Director of our Company. He is also currently the executive vice president of Volkswagen Group China, responsible for components, logistics and quality. He has previously served as the head of Planning at Volkswagen AG's Polkowice plant in Poland, the head of engine project at the Salzgitter plant in Germany, the head of planning for ICEV Project of the headquarters in Wolfsburg, Germany, the Technical general manager of Volkswagen Automatic Transmission (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., the general manager of the Kassel component plant in Germany, and the chief operating officer on component business of Volkswagen AG. He holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering from University of Applied Sciences in Wolfenbüttel.
Mr. ZHANG Hongli

Mr. ZHANG Hongli, is a Director of our Company. Currently, he is also executive deputy head of the engineering research institute of our Company. Previously, Mr. Zhang served as head of the material research institute and battery research institute of our Company, a Project Scientist of University of California, Santa Barbara, and chief technical consultant of LifeCel Technology Inc. in the US. He holds a doctor’s degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences in the PRC, and was a post-doctoral researcher at University of California, Santa Barbara in the US.
Mr. Rainer Ernst Seidl

Mr. Rainer Ernst Seidl, is a Director of our Company. He is also currently the head of group financial controlling at Volkswagen AG. He has previously worked at Audi AG (Ingolstadt plant) Engineering Logistics Planning department and Finance& Controlling department, as head of Finance in Automobili Lamborghini Italy, as first vice president (Finance) in FAW-Volkswagen Co., Ltd., and executive vice president finance in Volkswagen (China) Investment Co.

Mr. SUN Zhe

Mr. SUN Zhe, is an independent Director of our Company. Currently, he is also co-director of the China Initiative at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, researcher of Center for Local Government Governance and Innovation Research at Peking University, and independent non-executive director of China Resources Land Co., Ltd. (华润置地有限公司). Previously, Mr. Sun served as independent director of MGM China Holdings Limited (美高梅中国控股有限公司), director and professor of Center for US-China Relations at Tsinghua University, and deputy director, professor and doctoral adviser of Center for American Studies at Fudan University. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from Fudan University in the PRC, and a PhD in political science from Columbia University in the US.
Mr. Qiao Yun

Mr. Qiao Yun, is an independent Director of our Company. Currently, he is also the chairman of Shanghai Qingjian Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.. He has successively held various positions, including clerk at the information technology department of the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission, general manager of Shanghai Yahuan Information Technology Co., Ltd., deputy general manager of CETC Digital Technology Co., Ltd., executive director and president of Shanghai Huadong Automotive Information Technology Co., Ltd., independent director of Chongqing Dima Industry Co., Ltd., general manager of Nanjing Tianqing Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd., president of Shanghai Ofilm Intelligent Connected Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., vice chairman of Shanghai Sansheng Hongye Investment (Group) Co., Ltd..
Mr. QIU Xinping

Mr. QIU Xinping, is an independent Director of our Company. He has worked in the department of chemistry at Tsinghua University since 1996, mainly focusing on researching advanced electrochemical aspects such as lithium-ion batteries, fuel cells and flow batteries. He has published more than 200 scientific papers, applied for more than 20 patents, and received one natural science award by the Ministry of Education and two science and technology awards by the Beijing municipal government. He holds a doctor’s degree in physical chemistry of metallurgy from University of Science and Technology in the PRC.
Mr. WANG Feng

Mr. WANG Feng, is an independent Director of our Company. Currently, he is also chief financial officer of Lightning Express Software (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (闪电快车软件(北京)有限公司). Previously, Mr. Wang served as chief financial officer of Reese Education Cayman Limited (瑞思教育开曼有限公司), Tujia Network Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (途家网网络技术(北京)有限公司), Beijing Shenyan Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (北京深演智能科技股份有限公司) and Henan Zhongpin Food Co., Ltd. (河南众品食业股份有限公司). He holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School in the PRC and a bachelor’s degree from Beijing University of Technology, and he is also a Certificated Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. YANG Dafa

Mr. YANG Dafa, is chairman of the Supervisory Committee of our Company. Currently, he is also the general manager of the eighth business department of the Company’s marketing center. Previously, Mr. Yang served as deputy head and deputy director of the office of the chairman of the Board, head of investor relations at the securities affairs department, secretary to the chairman of the Board, and an engineer of the industrial technology research institute of the Company. He holds a doctor’s degree in engineering.
Ms. LI Yan

Ms. LI Yan, is a Supervisor of our Company. Currently, she is also general manager of the financial audit department of Gotion Holding Group Co., Ltd. (国轩控股集团有限公司). Previously, Ms. Li served as financial manager and financial director of Gotion Holding Group Co., Ltd. (国轩控股集团有限公司). She holds a bachelor’s degree and a title of senior accountant.
Mr. WU Yibing

Mr. WU Yibing, is a Supervisor of our Company. Currently, he is also chairman of the labor union of Hefei Gotion High-Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (合肥国轩高科动力能源有限公司). Previously, Mr. Wu served as administrative director and manager of the general department of Gotion New Energy (Lujiang) Co., Ltd. (国轩新能源(庐江)有限公司), manager of the general department of Hefei Gotion Battery Materials Co., Ltd. (合肥国轩电池材料有限公司), deputy general manager of Hefei Gotion High Tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (合肥国轩高科动力能源有限公司), and head of the thermochemistry research office of the Hefei Metrology and Testing Institute (合肥市计量测算研究院). He holds a master’s degree.
