Mr. ZHANG Hongli, is a Director of our Company. Currently, he is also executive deputy head of the engineering research institute of our Company. Previously, Mr. Zhang served as head of the material research institute and battery research institute of our Company, a Project Scientist of University of California, Santa Barbara, and chief technical consultant of LifeCel Technology Inc. in the US. He holds a doctor’s degree from Chinese Academy of Sciences in the PRC, and was a post-doctoral researcher at University of California, Santa Barbara in the US.
