School-enterprise Cooperation Builds a Joint Training Mechanism for Employees at Gotion

Gotion has launched cooperation projects with the MBA program of the University of Science and Technology of China and Nanyang Technological University through Gotion Academy. In 2024, the company selected 12 employees to participate in training (11 candidates from the MBA program of the University of Science and Technology of China and 1 candidate from Nanyang Technological University), providing them with international and professional learning and development opportunities.

In this project, the company covers the majority of the tuition fees, with an estimated average investment of over 300,000 yuan per person. Through a systematic training program and practical opportunities, it supports employees in comprehensively enhancing their management theories and business skills, helping them build a systematic business knowledge system and cultivate key capabilities such as data analysis, decision support, and innovative thinking. The professional qualities of the employees involved in the project have significantly improved in strategic planning, financial management, marketing and other aspects, and they have effectively applied the knowledge they have learned to their actual work.

This project not only builds a "high-speed channel" for employees' career development, but also strengthens the competitiveness of the enterprise's talents. At the same time, it enhances employees' sense of belonging through the "people-oriented" training concept, forming a virtuous cycle of "the enterprise and talents growing together", and achieving the implementation of the enterprise strategy driven by talent upgrading.
