Ms. Andrea NAHMER, is a Director of our Company. Currently, she is also head of the production, products and investment control business of Volkswagen Group. Previously, Ms. Nahmer served as business manager of NEOPLASTIC GMBH, an executive assistant at Ernst & Young in Hamburg, Germany, and strategic planning personnel of Siemens Transportation Group Inc., and head of controlling logistics and components and head of group sales management of Volkswagen Group. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from University of Political Science and Economics in Germany.
